• SYNC •
The Sync, short for Synchronization, Committee is in charge of fundraising for SAIL. They facilitate the "Weekly Loot," Profit Shares, and Car Wash. The fundraising events hosted throughout the year are totally up to the sophomores in this committee and can be anything from delivering Sonic drinks to a Bake Sale!

• STRIVE •
This committee "Strives" to show us the best qualities of Leadership! As a sophomore leadership organization, Strive makes sure that SAIL keeps the theme of leadership in all of our activities. To help our sophomores grow their leadership and teamwork skills Strive coordinates intramurals, Shipwrecked (our leadership conference), and designates the "Leadership Characteristic of the Week" which is emphasized at our weekly general meetings.

• SOCIAL •
The Social committee ensures that everyone is building lifelong friendships and making memories in SAIL. Social makes SAIL fun and allows our sophomores to have a break from school and meetings by coordinating weekly social events. This committee also plans Etiquette Dinner, Crew events and Formal.
• SERVICE •
The Service committee is responsible for making sure SAIL remains service-oriented. Service plans weekly and bi-weekly projects that allow SAIL to give back to our community. Service also facilitates our annual "Dodge for a Cause" dodge ball tournament where all the proceeds go to our chosen philanthropy.

Designated the "Public Relations Committee," Style works to build SAIL's reputation around campus and in the Bryan/College Station community. Style designs and coordinates all of SAIL's apparel orders. This committee is also in charge of campus outreach, End of the Year Retreat, Parents' Weekend, and Thanksgiving Potluck.
